Website and Order Policies

Communications regarding orders:

We will use Email to communicate with you. We may be able to discuss order details on the phone as well.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return policies are the same during promotions -

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, if there are any issues please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the original item back within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns with a 25% restocking fee due to the many variations offered. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any damages therefore we recommend insuring your return for the cost of the item.

Shipping:
We use FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground for shipping carrier. Please confirm the shipping address on your order before and after checking out and contact us if it’s incorrect - we will make a note of the address change. Once we ship an order it is difficult to reroute it without additional fees from the shipping provider.

Please note that free shipping is only eligible to orders shipping within the CONTIGUOUS United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and any other territories or military bases will require additional shipping charges to be paid before shipping. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to contact the seller for an additional shipping invoice. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied if order is placed before contacting us for a shipping invoice.

Orders Damaged in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged, first please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the item(s) and box. Damaged items will be resolved per situation - please contact us if your item arrives damaged.

We may replace any damaged or lost parts of your order at our discretion. This includes anything we ship with orders such as installation hardware or additional metal pipes and fittings.

We ask that you keep the box and provide photos of packaging and the damaged items.

Sales and Discounts Terms:
Sales and discounts are at discretion of shop owners of JT Industrial Designs.

Sales are limited to dates sited on current promotion. Sale and discount prices can not be retroactive to purchases made before start of promotion dates and will not be extended to orders placed when sale ends.

Custom orders and designs are excluded unless otherwise stated. 

Return policy is standard during sales and promotions unless otherwise stated.
