Shipping policy
If your order arrives damaged, first please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the item(s) and box. Damaged items will be resolved per situation - please contact us if your item arrives damaged. This really helps us when making an insurance claim which allows us to replace or issue a partial refund.
We may replace any damaged or lost parts of your order at our discretion. This includes anything we ship with orders such as installation hardware or additional metal pipes and fittings.
We ask that you keep the box while we file an insurance claim as there may be an inspection or more evidence could be requested by the insurance company.
International Customers:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed for international shipping will be cancelled.
Free shipping:
Please note that free shipping is only eligible to orders shipping within the CONTIGUOUS United States. Order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and any other territories or military bases will require additional shipping charges to be paid before shipping. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to contact the seller for an additional shipping invoice. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied if order is placed before contacting us for a shipping invoice.
